Minutes of Regular Meeting November 9, 2011
Location: Cottonwood Recreation Centre
Attendance:
Chris Allen, Hu Naylor, Jan Naylor, Brigit Sirota Goldammer, Ian Kruger, Stephen Desjardins, Rudy Benes.
Call to Order: 7:10 pm Chris Allen Chaired
October 12th Meeting Minutes approved.
New Business:
Hillside Development: the PVTA has put together a working group consisting of Chris Allen, Rudy Benes, Ian Kruger & Stephen Desjardins.
New Directors: two new directors were elected by the Board – Ian Kruger and Stephen Desjardins.
Ongoing Business:
Trail Signs:
- The Board approved the graphics for the smaller signs to be printed and installed around One Mile
- due to the number of new trails in the area it was decided to wait until some of the trails can be mapped before printing the larger area maps
